Kentucky Motorcycle Association/KBA
has lost another friend, freedom fighter, and member.


GLASGOW – Michael Kessinger, 46, formerly of Beaver Dam, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, at University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was a self-employed contractor and a member of the Kentucky Motorcycle Association, Contractors of Kentucky and The Hawg Club.

Michael was born Nov. 29, 1960, to the late Carl Kessinger and the late Alma (Moseley) Kessinger.

He is survived by his wife Melisa (Howell) Kessinger; one son, Carlos Howell of Glasgow; one sister, Sharron Bullock of McHenry; two brothers, Carl Dean Kessinger of McHenry and Thomas Kessinger of Madisonville; six grandchildren: Samantha, Victoria, Dakotah, Alanis, John Michael and Robert Ray.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007. Funeral services will be at William L. Danks Funeral Home at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2007, with the Rev. Scott Flener officiating. Burial will be private.

     1950 - 2006

                       Sonny Boyd, long time Director of District # 5 had a heart attack and passed

                       away at approximately 1:30 p.m. on Friday December 15, 2006. Sonny was well

                       liked by everyone and he was a great asset to the organization.

                       The Kentucky Motorcycle Association/ KBA extends our deepest feelings of

                       sympathy to Sonny's family, friends and our own brothers and sisters in

                       District # 5.
