                         2009 District 9 Christmas Family Dinner

In 2008 district 9 was proud to receive 1^st place for the Barren County Christmas parade float but a little disappointed not being able to have entered for 2009 as we were not able to attain a trailer for it. The disappointment turn into excitement on how wonderful the Christmas Family Dinner turned out ! Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus was awesome ! Each & every child received a gift and personal time with Santa as well as the adults telling Santa of their wish list LOL. Soooo much delicious food all prepared by members. Turkey, ham and not to mention all the fixens to go with them that you can imagine. Oh and the desserts ..yummy ! To see the excitement & trill on the children’s faces made it all worth it & gave us all such joy of the Christmas Spirit.
