Funeral Arrangements for Mattie Houchens

The director of Disitrct 9, Richard Houchens', mom passed away on Saturday nite around 6:30 of natural causes. Her name is Mattie Houchens and she was 87 yrs old. The funeral arrangements for Mattie are: Visitation starts at 10 am Tuesday morning Jan. 31st and funeral services start Wednesday Feb. 1st at 2PM. She is at Hatcher and Saddler funeral home in Glasgow.

Hello Everyone,
Here at District 9 everyone has been enjoying the warm weather, as is has been good for riding. We will be having our Fall HillBilly Hog Rally August 26, 27, & 28th. It will be in Edmonton, KY at the Motor Cross Race Track, same as the spring rally. We will be distributing flyers around as many places as possible, and they will have all the information on them. If however you do not come across a flyer just call Richard Houchens at 270-576-8818 for all the details and any questions you may have.

Hello everyone,
Not much is going on at district 9; but do want everyone to know we are having a great big get together July 4th, at the clubhouse for a big fireworks show and cookout. So come on out and enjoy good company and great food, and wonderful fireworks show. Really look forward to seeing everybody. Cya then.

Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to let everyone know; that doesn't already; that we are have our Family Day May 14th at Wayne Furlong's Farm, Ginger Road, Glasgow, KY. We will be cooking out, having games for the kids, among other things. There will also be camping allowed; so come and join us and enjoy the good food and great company. Bring the kids and let them play. Its a free event.

Hello Everyone,
Just a couple of reminders on our events coming up:
Our Family Day will be May 14th, we're having a cookout and lots of games for the kids. It's free to the public; come out and enjoy the day with us. If you dont already know where it is just contact Richard at 576-8818 and he can give u directions. We are planning on having so many different things; there will be camping allowed; most of this day is dedicated to the kids.
And our Spring Rally - Hillbilly Hog Rally is being held June 3rd, 4th, and 5th at Edmonton, KY fair grounds. There will be some great entertainment all weekend long so come out and enjoy the weekend with us.
And last but not least; dont forget about the Relay For Life Ride on April 30th; if you are interested in riding in this ride it starts at Walmart parking lot and sign in time starts at 9:00am and they will leave out at 11:00am.
